Electric Experience – Sales career began in 1993 after graduating from the University of Florida
Areas of Responsibility – Sales coverage for West Tennessee, North Mississippi, and Arkansas.
In 1993 I started my career in outside sales for Rhodes after working summers through high school in the warehouse. I live in Memphis but I travel all of the Rhodes Sales territory working with our sales team and distributor partners promoting our manufacturers. Outside of work I like to play a little golf and play with our pups.
Tim Netherton
Outside Sales, Principal Owner
Tim Netherton is a second generation Electrical industry professional, with his father and brother both being in the profession. Tim worked more than a decade as an electrical distributor prior to coming to work at Rhodes Sales as a manufacturer’s rep. in 2004. He is a University of Memphis graduate and lifelong Tiger fan. He spends much of his free time either with his wife and 3 children or serving on a variety of community Boards and Commissions. During college and shortly thereafter, Tim was both a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and volunteer fire fighter.
OUTSIDE SALES
Chris Ison
Received Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management from University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Began electrical career at Little Rock Electrical Contractors as a Project Manager in 2005. I’m primarily focused on commercial construction projects including federal, retail, institutional, hotels, casinos, and various other projects throughout the southwest region of the United States. I was hired on at Rhodes Sales Agency in 2012 as an Outside Sales Representative for the Central and South Arkansas territory. Married with 3 children and I’m an avid outdoorsman.
John Buswell
I joined Rhodes Sales on July 1, 2017 and I’m focused on ABB Medium Voltage Products. I started in the electrical distribution business in 1975 and I’ve held various positions from warehouse/driver, counter, inside & outside sales, divisional purchasing Manager, and Branch Manager. I’m based in Little Rock, AR. I enjoy Alabama football, being a BBQ judge and a contest rep. for the Steak Cookoff Association.
Josh Tinker
I have been in the electrical business since 2004 and am born and raised in West Tennessee. I joined Rhodes Sales in May of 2019, as an Outside Sales Representative. Outside of work I love hunting, being outdoors and spending time with my wife. Together, we love to travel. Oh, I love college football! I look forward to working with each of you.
Andy Gregory
Andy Gregory is outside sales in Northwest Arkansas. My electrical career began in 2001 out in the field as an electrical apprentice in industrial/commercial eventually getting my master electricians license. I have a daughter and a son if we’re not at a dance competition or a motocross race, we’re outside fishing or hunting.

Jonathan Propst
Have worked in the agent business since I was 15, putting stock on the shelves at family owned Electrical Associates. After graduating from The University of Memphis in 2007, I moved through the ranks to vice president. After my father Jim passed away in 2022, Electrical Associates and I joined Rhodes Sales. I love spending time with my wife and five children, in my very little spare time, I enjoy wood working, playing guitar and beekeeping. I handle Southwire TCAS (Topaz), Hammond Power Solutions, Powertran, Alfa Transformers, E-box Enclosures, Gibson Stainless and Selecta Products.
INSIDE SALES
Glenn Anderson
I was born and raised in New Orleans, married 24 years with 3 kids. I began in the electrical industry in 1984, working for an electrical agency before moving to Memphis and joining Rhodes sales in 1992. After 19 years on the agency side of the industry, joined Thomas and Betts in 2003, where I remained until returning to Rhodes Sales in 2016. My main responsibility is Thomas & Betts, Madison, Oldcastle, and Garvin.
Jessica Ballard
I have been in the electrical and utility business since 2006. Born and raised in Memphis, I am married and have 2 sons. Prior to joining the Rhodes family in 2014, I have worked at Thomas and Betts and also HD Supply/Anixter. My key lines are Thomas and Betts/ABB, Leviton, Intermatic, and TPI, but assist with all aspects of your customer service needs. I look forward to working with each of you.
Teri Johnson
Born and Raised in Memphis TN. I am married with 2 children. I currently have 2 wonderful grandchildren. I have been in the electrical industry and worked for Rhodes Sales since 1990 and I am in Inside Sales and handle Southwire which includes CU and AL Building Wire, Industrial & MV Cable, Tool & Equipment, Flex & LT, CU & AL MC Cord and Low Voltage.
Penny Sonderman
I joined the Rhodes Team in September of 2020 and lead our Lighting division. I have 25 years’ experience in the lighting industry and handle Keystone, GM Lighting, Dialight, LSL and Lotus LED. My husband and I have 2 children and 10 grandchildren.

Will Gray
I joined Rhodes Sales on March 1st, 2023. I started in the electrical distribution business in 2005 and have held various positions within the industry from sales and management to procurement. Pretty much born and raised in Van Buren, AR, where I still reside, and a graduate of University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. I have a daughter about to turn 16 that I enjoy pestering and spending time with. I also have a ton of hobbies that range from playing my guitar, shooting pool, and video games indoors to spending as much time as I can golfing, camping, hiking, fishing, hunting and much more outdoors. Between all my hobbies and life experiences I can always find something to have a conversation about. I also enjoy anything Razorback sports (GO HOGS!). I look forward to working with the team here at Rhodes while meeting new folks and building new relationships within the industry.
